AIrpark project

Cerfontaine is located 100 km South of Brussels (Belgium). It lays in a superb region benefitting from outstanding tourism infrastructures around the Eau d’Heure Lakes.

Activities on and around the lakes include : sailing, wind surfing, kayaking, water skiing and jet-skiing, diving, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, (mountain) biking. Marked out path paths covering approximately 350km offer unique excursion possibilities.

A riding school and a golf course will be opened soon.

Cerfontaine Airfield was built in the late nineties by the Walloon region and recently privatised. It spreads out over more than 60 hectares just 2km south of the lakes and currently has a 600m grass runway for aeroplanes and microlights.

An airpark made of 40 to 50 private wooden houses and adjoining hangars, together with a 800m hard runway, will be set up shortly.

Caring about environment the project offers the great opportunity to acquire energy saving houses relying on the finest technology.

Seven different house models will comprise from one to three sleeping rooms (approximately 100 sqm to 140 sqm) and a hangar (from 120 sqm to 155 sqm).

Interested parties are invited to contact village@gravitypark.be in order to be provided with additional information (house characteristics, construction phases, price,…).
